Vale Silva worked in the retail pharmacy business for 20 years before he decided to transition to the insurance business. He began helping Medicare beneficiaries in the DFW metroplex area by working for National Carrier. During that time, he felt like he could become of more service by becoming independent so he could more effectively meet his client’s needs. As a result, he joined the Agency for Retired, Elderly & Disabled.

Vale is fluent in Spanish, and felt a need to help non-English speaking beneficiaries, so he expanded his service from DFW to West Texas. He specializes in Chronic Plans, and helping individuals quality for subsidies that will help lower their prescription drug cost.

Vale’s passion has allowed him to help hundreds of Medicare Beneficiaries with Supplements, Medicare Advantage, and prescription drug plans. The success of the Agency for Retired, Elderly & Disabled, and Vale’s experience, has allowed him to expand and open a Medicare Store in West Fort Worth. The Medicare Store provides Medicare beneficiaries with a retail store environment for them to stop by and ask questions about benefits that they are entitled to.
